Big Jan offers a 63.5cm ceramic diameter with a spacious 55cm diameter cooking surface. As on the Large model, the Divide & Conquer system is standard and allows you to create multiple heat zones thereby cooking different foods at different rates all at the same time. Although weighing in excess of 120kg, the X-Large remains very mobile thanks to the latest robust leg stand and 4 x large rubber caster wheels (2 of which are lockable). Two spacious HDPE side trays offer enough working space on either side of the grill, and built-in utensil hooks on each tray keep all your grilling tools nearby. The double-thick, mesh fiberglass gasket offers a superior air-tight seal, while the new Aero-Lift hinge makes opening and closing the ceramic lid so easy.
